My personal favourite drink to detox with in the bath is the mix of lemon, mint and cucumber, it is so refreshing, tasty and healthy and i really feel hydrated getting out of the bath after drinking this.  Cucumber is really good to add to water to improve taste, add some minerals and improve your skin health. Mint is great to add to water to improve digestion, aids in oral health, may help with your mood. Mix these two with the powerhouse lemon that aids digestion, full of antioxidants & vitamin c then you have an amazing drink to hydrate you.
